Not all homes are Rentals. The rights, properties, and privacy of homeowners should be respected at all times. |

Only access the dock by designated paths. Do not walk below waterfront homes or through the landscaping between homes. |

Each home has parking for two (2) vehicles. No parking is allowed in the roadway or on grassed areas. Fire truck access must be available at all times. See rental office for additional parking. |

Each home is allowed dockage for one (1) boat. All dockage is at Tenant’s own risk. See rental office for trailer storage. |

Due to limited parking, dock space, and our small swimming pool, only owners and registered Tenants are allowed to use our dock and swimming pool. No offsite guests can be accommodated. |

|
No boat washing is allowed on premises. Please ask the rental office for directions to the local car and boat wash facility. |
| |
|
|
Do not light grills underneath the houses. It WILL burn the house down. |
| |
|
|
No fireworks allowed – holidays included. |
| |
|
|
Small children shall not be left unattended on the dock, near the waterfront, in the pool area, or on the observation tower. |

|
No scallop cleaning is allowed on premises. No fish and/or scallop entrails may be placed in the garbage containers. The marina’s offer complementary facilities to clean your catch. They even have people that will do it for you, at a modest fee. And it’s great place to share your fish stories and enjoy a cold beverage. |

Checkout time is 10am . There is a $100/per hour charge for late checkouts. Please be considerate of the vacationing group arriving shortly after you leave. |
